We stand behind the Clearlee testing experience. Our mission is to provide the most dignified and dependable drug testing experience possible.  For us, it is personal. We are happy to refund the full cost of your program subscription if you are not satisfied and the below criteria are met.

  1. Email Clearlee customer support at support@clearlee.com to let us know you are unsatisfied with the app and testing experience immediately after taking your first test. If you do not reach out to support before the second test, we cannot issue a refund.
  2. Once we receive your email, Clearlee support will send you a shipping label to return the remainder of the tests, minus the one used for the first testing experience.
  3. Once your return is received, a refund will be issued to your account. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process.
