Logistical Contraints
For any participant that may not be able to test onsite: Those who live in a rural area, have chronic illness, cannot leave work or children, reside out of jurisdiction or travel for work or on pass- these individuals need the ability to participate in drug testing protocol regardless of circumstances beyond their control. Remote testing takes 20 minutes and can be completed from anywhere.
Later Phase Incentive
Participants who are working hard to reintegrate benefit from incentives, including the ability to travel and maintain employment. Give them the ability to earn a dignified drug testing experience that also empowers their commitments to work and family.
Trauma-history
Our trauma-informed procedure utilizes AI-powered remote monitoring for Participants’ privacy. (Test footage is human-reviewed immediately after testing.). Holistic care is not one size fits all, drug testing shouldn’t be either- additional tools are needed. Observed urinalysis is effective but can be triggering and re-traumatizing to certain participant populations (physical and sexual abuse history). Clearlee tests can be used in conjunction with any randomized program or with the Clearlee proprietary randomizer.
TestKITs can be ordered and distributed by the court or courts may refer participants to purchase tests directly from Clearlee.

How It Works
Participant obtains TestKIT from court or orders directly from Clearlee and downloads app to set up account. Case Managers have Monitoring Portal access to manage testing, view test videos and results. Clearlee provides Participants testing instructions custom to each court program.
When directed to test, either through an existing randomizer or Clearlee's randomizer, Participants complete their testing within a customizable test window. Results are delivered typically within 20-30 minutes and guaranteed within an hour.
