Cancellation Policy

Clearlee wants to provide you with the best service possible and that includes ending your subscription when the time is right. To end your subscription, please email support@clearlee.com at least 3 business days prior to your renewal date (30 days from your last payment) requesting subscription cancellation. Three business days are necessary to prevent the shipment of your next refill kit and avoid any future charges. Subscription renewals for the Accountability and Accountability Plus programs are every 30 days. Subscription renewal for the Maintenance program is every 90 days. Clearlee sends a reminder 7 days prior to your next payment via email reminding you of your upcoming renewal.

Return Policy

Clearlee cannot accept returns once tests have been shipped, except as part of our Money Back Guarantee.

Refunds

If no tests have been taken in the app since the last payment was made, a 50% refund may be issued for any program. If the service has been used during a subscription period, no refund will be issued.
