How do I set up my account?

A testing Member may add you as a Supporter during their account setup process or by tapping the Support Network button in the Clearlee App. Once added, you’ll receive a welcome email with temporary login information. 

• Follow the link to the Clearlee Supporter login portal, use your email as your login name, and copy your temporary password into the password field to login.
•  Select a permanent password and verify your account. 
• Follow the onscreen prompts to complete your account setup. 
• Once you have completed the account setup process, you’ll begin receiving results notifications when your testing Member completes a test.
