Using Clearlee For [Court Name]

Everything you need to monitor with ease.

  • In your Clearlee portal, click MY MEMBERS and +CREATE to create a new Member. profile. Fill out all fields and click save. In the address fields, be sure to input your Court’s mailing address.
  • An onboarding email with temporary login information will be sent to the Member. They’ll then create their own login credentials and add their personal information to their profile.
  • Under the Weekly Test Schedule tab click +ADD TEST
  • Select the date and time to begin a testing window
    • Testing window preferences are global and can be changed under the My Facility tab
    • Testing window is defaulted to 8 hours
  • Select a Donor from the drop down menu
  • Click Add
  • The donor will receive a notification to test on the date and time selected
  • Under the Weekly Test Schedule tab click +Trigger Test
  • Select a Donor from the drop down menu
  • Click Trigger
  • The Donor will receive a notification to test at the top of the next hour
    • Testing window preferences are global and can be changed under the My Facility tab
    • Testing window is defaulted to 8 hours
  • In your Clearlee portal, click MY MEMBERS to see your Members’ profiles. This is where you can view:
    • Every Clearlee test they’ve taken, including results and video footage of the test
    • Upcoming scheduled tests.
    • Their Supporters — aka, people they’ve chosen to have access to their results, such as family members.
  • Results are processed and returned in 60 minutes or less after testing.
  • Click DOWNLOAD to receive a detailed PDF report of any test, including substances detected, final image captures, and notes for instances of Fail by Misstep.
  • If the results report indicates a Fail by Detection, Members must report to the nearest lab to complete a confirmation test via observed urinalysis by end of day. Members present lab documentation to their case manager when requested.
  • Result types:
Pass with Invalid Result All testing instructions were followed, but one to two panels did not render results. All other panels show a negative result.
Invalid Three or more panels did not render results due to inadequate saliva collection.
Decline The Member did not take their test in the designated testing window.
Misstep The Member did not follow the testing instructions or tampered with the test.
Detection TestCUBE rendered positive results for an unallowed substance.
  • By default, you will receive all notifications for all Members by text and email. This includes results alerts, Member account deletion alerts, and updates to a Member’s Allowable Substances list.
    • Toggle notifications on or off by clicking the blue checkboxes under Notifications Preferences. Once configured, click SAVE DEFAULT PREFERENCES.
  • To change Member-specific preferences:
    • Deselect all checkboxes under Results Preferences and Member Update Preferences and click SAVE DEFAULT PREFERENCES.
    • Select the checkbox for Add Individual Preferences for the Member you’d like to adjust.
    • Click CONFIGURE INDIVIDUAL PREFERENCES and use the drop-down menus to customize your alerts for each testing Member.

    • Restart their phone (this frees up the phone’s memory and improves connectivity).
