Remote Screening =
Access Anywhere

Rapid Results =
Immediate Transparency
Clearlee allows the earliest intervention possible. Using point of care oral fluid drug TestKITs we supply to treatment courts in combinations with our in-app, video-recorded and human reviewed method insures quick results. Expect to see results reported within 20-30 minutes and guaranteed within an hour. This allows the earliest intervention possible.
Reliable and Verifiable
Our process outperforms an in-person oral fluid collection. Facial recognition confirms identity, AI instructs and guides the participant, and a human-review of the video recorded test sessions guarantees a secure chain of custody for the oral fluid specimen collection.

Implementing Trauma-Informed Drug Testing Protocols in Child Welfare and Family Courts
Individuals with a substance use disorder (SUD) and those involved in the justice system, particularly within child welfare and family court systems, are at a heightened risk of experiencing trauma. To address this issue, numerous programs and agencies have adopted trauma-informed practices. However, the retraumatizing potential of traditional drug testing procedures has received limited attention. OAYI subject-matter expert Dr. Phillip Breitenbucher, in collaboration with West Huddleston and Dr. Jerri Middleton, authored an article titled “Implementing Trauma-Informed Drug Testing Protocols in Child Welfare and Family Court Programs,” showing that by combining trauma-informed principles with best practices in drug testing, a more compassionate and supportive
environment can be created within child welfare and family court systems, ultimately leading to improved outcomes for individuals and families affected by SUDs. We invite you to read the full article here to gain insights into this critical topic
